Tensai Holding Company’s Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (“Site”) and apply to all materials, software, content, services, online communications and other information that is or becomes available on or through our Site (collectively, the “Material”).   By using or accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to use the Site only in accordance with these Terms and Online Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services that may be made available to you through the use of the Site.  If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access the Site, access the Material or otherwise use our services.
